I make the drive past numerous businesses to Brookdale Honda for the service on my Accord. Employees like Laurel confirm my decision. A warm, friendly welcome on a cold, March Minnesota day was just the start of Laurel's fantastic customer service. She scanned the coupon from my phone and sold me on another service based on the other coupon she spotted!\r
The total charge was less than the initial cost of the oil change. Thank you Brookdale Honda AND Laurel!\r
