I called to make an appointment for scheduled maintenance and had a bad experience for the first time ever - it took too long, I had to repeat myself multiple times, she quoted me a price that turned out to be incorrect, and she just didn't seem to get it. When I showed up for my appointment and mentioned that experience to Maurice, he was quite surprised and apologetic. He did a beautiful job of service recovery on behalf of the dealership. I have been getting the car serviced at Brookdale Honda since I bought it there 9+ years ago (180,000 miles) and have had good or great experiences with the service department and advisors (Maurice, Chad, Zac, Shane). They get 5 stars for service and 1 star for the scheduler.
