I had my Honda serviced and the customer service I received from Laurel Hansen was excellent. My car was fixed correctly the first time and at a very reasonable cost to me. I bought my car from them and have always had it serviced at the dealership and NEVER been disappointed in the outcome.I strongly recommend both there sales and service departments.. more

I was so happy to be back working with the same service coordinators, I have worked with for over 12 years. Chad Thank you so much for taking the time to listen to me. And the problems my car was having for a while and checking past records to confirm that, and to find that it was something under warranty. Amanda checked me out and she always makes me feel like we are old friends. But the best part my bill was 0. I called to make an appointment for scheduled maintenance and had a bad experience for the first time ever - it took too long, I had to repeat myself multiple times, she quoted me a price that turned out to be incorrect, and she just didn't seem to get it. When I showed up for my appointment and mentioned that experience to Maurice, he was quite surprised and apologetic. He did a beautiful job of service recovery on behalf of the dealership. I have been getting the car serviced at Brookdale Honda since I bought it there 9+ years ago (180,000 miles) and have had good or great experiences with the service department and advisors (Maurice, Chad, Zac, Shane). They get 5 stars for service and 1 star for the scheduler. more

The service was excellent at Brookdale Honda while I was there. I would recommend to advise people taking appointments on the phone that tire rotations are offered for free as part of some services such as the B123 one I was at. That would have saved me an hour and a half wait to get my tires rotated for free where I purchased the tires--why do that when it is part of the service anyway? more

The service person pointed out other things that could or should be done but without pressure and accepted my choices of what to do. Service was done in time promised while I waited. We were very disappointed with the service that we received at the new Brookdale Honda. They seem to be understaffed and/or inept. We had to bring our car in twice in the past three weeks. The first time, it took two hours longer to diagnose and fix the problem than we were told and cost $100 more than the original estimate. A week later the car started making a banging noise so we brought it back to the dealership. They told us it would take an hour to diagnose. After three hours we hadn't heard anything, so we called them. They had not looked at the car yet. When we finally got the estimate an hour later, they claimed that the car needed $450 worth of work on the brakes. It was something they should have found when we brought it in the first time. We took it to a different service center to get a second opinion. They said that the brakes were fine and did not need $450 worth of work. I would recommend NOT bringing your vehicle for service at Brookdale Honda! more

AVOID THIS DEALER. They will lie to to you, try to get you to perform service you don't need. I got 3 other opinions that all discredit what Brookdale Honda tried to tell me. They tried to scam me out of ""diagnosis fees"" on something that was clearly covered under warranty. Waste of time. Go to another dealer -- or better yet, buy a used car of Craigslist. You'll save thousands, and have MUCH better odds of dealing with an honest person. more

I have purchased several Honda's at Brookdale and always been pleased with the service provided. I would highly recommend Brookdale! more

Unprofessional and dishonest sales tactic. 2/5/2012

Test drove a pre-owned vehicle that I was interested in at this dealership. When I told the sales person 'PJ' I'm not ready to decide yet and asked him to appraise my truck for trade in value to help my purchase decision, the sales person was not pleased and said they usually do that only if a customer is ready to buy. When I insisted, he acted like he started the process and took my key. 2 minutes later a 'manager' came to me and gave me some stupid excuses as to why he can't appraise my truck unless I'm buying the car at this moment. This is so ridiculus and unprofessional. more

Poor Customer Service 11/13/2010

Went to this dealiership to look at the CR-V. Initial impressions of sales staff poor. The man who helped us was very casual and seemed to not take us seriously. He did seem to be dodgy and have his own agenda. When describing something I disliked after the test drive he made it seem more like my problem than the vehicles. He also lied about the CR-V having a history of A/C problems. Would never buy from here or look at a CR-V again. After test driving the CR-V, Rav-4, and Subaru forestor in the same day, the CR-V showed how uncomfortable and poor performing it was. Also, when in the show room several staff, one man in particular, stared at me and my family akwardly......hmmmmmm. more

Stay clear of Brookdale Honda unless you like to be abused 8/8/2008

Horrible experience with rude, nasty, demeaning folks. They said our research was wrong, other dealers were lying, that we were ""stupid and naive"". The even accused me of not liking my wife because I wasn't going to buy 4wd instead of the fwd we wanted. They told her that maybe she didn't deserve a power seat because she was too cheap to pay their (very high) price for a CRV EXL model. As we were leaving the internet guy was stilling insulting and demeaning us, telling us that we needed to go home and do some research to find out what he was saying was correct (in his best scolding voice). Pros: Allow long test drives Cons: Rude, nasty, condescending staff, high prices more

Worst dealership EVER 5/19/2008

DO NOT SHOP HERE! These people fit every cliche' of a ""used car dealer"" but they include their poor business ethics on new cars too. BEWARE!!!!!!! Cons: Everything and everyone more
