Had a decent service from Rick G, a car salesman, however, when the business office (Adam) got involved, the whole thing went downhill. Not only did they raise the rate of my warranty after I signed the initial purchase agreement, they also forgot to write the price of my warranty into the auto loan. When Adam asked me to come in and re-sign papers for a THIRD time, I refused. Instead of apologizing and politely negotiating, Adam tried his best to guilt and bully me into signing. At the conclusion of multiple phone calls with Adam Peterson, I learned that I don't have a moral compass, don't know the difference between right and wrong, and am not smart enough to make my own decisions. Sounds like great customer service to me. Will NEVER service my car there or buy another car from Brookdale Honda.
