I took my 2011 Pilot in for a scheduled LOF appointment and was met by Laurel at the door. She logged me into the system, competed necessary paperwork and promised a wash and vehicle return within an hour. It was ready in about 40 minutes. The computers were down so she took my credit card information, promised to send my completed service order by mail and sent me on my way well ahead of schedule. Outstanding service!! more

I recently had a latch replaced on one of the sliding doors on our Honda Odyssey at Luther Brookdale Honda. I dealt with Ben Wysocki in the service department and I could not have been happier with the customer service he provided; it was above and beyond what I would have ever expected. I was there with my 3 boys, (all under the age of 5) so Ben made sure that we were all set up in the kids area and that the work was completed on our van as quickly as possible. We recently bought a 2014 Pilot, and the experience could not have gone better. The moment I heard Jethro Tull as the ""musak,"" I knew it was going to end well. Mike Ozark responded to my email info request, and then took excellent care of us throughout the process. Our first new car in 12 years, he took a lot of time showing us all the new technology gizmos. Ben in finance made it quick and easy to understand the options, and made it totally painless. We almost panicked when we lost the title to our trade-in, but it was easily resolved no problem. Everyone there seemed very genuine, which is f-ing rare in a car dealership. We will be back. more

I recently had some extended warranty work completed at Luther Brookdale Honda. After the initial visit, I noticed some abnormal operation while at highway speeds and made a followup appointment to get it looked at. When I arrived, Laurel Hansen and one of the technicians listened to my concerns and immediately diagnosed the problem as uneven tire wear due to the previous extended warranty issue. They installed new tires and provided me with the information to get reimbursed by Honda USA. Throughout the whole process the service provided was timely and informative. I would highly recommend Luther Brookdale Honda for Honda service needs more

All of the Brookdale Honda employees treated us like they were glad we were there, Heather Thomas was our sales person and she was exceptional, worked to get us satisfied and happy. Mike Jung in the finance area worked hard and was friendly and cordial. Overall it was a good experience. Good place to go for a new or used car. more

The best thing about buying a car from Luther Brookdale Honda is the service. The crew there are awesome and they take care of everything and then some. Took Accord in for oil change, they mentioned that transmission fluid didn't look good. After new oil, new transmission fluid the car runs noticeably better. they checked the tire pressure and washed the car. I'm happy more

One of the reasons I bought a Honda 10 years ago is because I had heard about the excellent service they provide. For me, that was true while I lived in Omaha. But then I moved to another city and lost pretty much all hope that Honda had anything to do with quality. I had numerous service issues, including a lot of dishonesty. Since moving to the Twin Cities Luther Brookdale has totally turned me back around. This is a fantastic dealer with fantastic service. I have been there three times and been impressed each time. They take good care of the car and check for everything — but also don't try to sell you service you don't need. I have a 10-year-old car that I had planned to keep for a long time, and want to keep it even longer. I need a service shop that will help me do that, which Luther Brookdale does. They even take care of things other shops would charge for for free. They are friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Luther Brookdale Honda for service. more
