Family Oriented! I have a 2009 Honda Ridgeline, and the AC was blowing hot air in houston (which is an absolute nightmare here with a 6 year old). Lucas Auto Care took care of me and my car. I came in and was greeted by a shop advisor, Chris. He made sure that my car was taken right away to the back by a technician. Not only did they make sure I was taken care of one of the other service advisors working the front offered my six year old daughter something to color during the wait.
