Review content:
We have used Larson Air multiple times and had a very good experience with them. They respond quickly and are very pleasant, nice people to work with.
When it is 110 degrees, you need a quick response. Larson Air came out as soon as possible to service us.
Our unit was not working properly and they initially replaced one of the parts. Then, when it turned out that the entire unit needed to be replaced, they gave us a credit for the part we had already put in.
We bought a high-quality unit that they were able to get for us. They were thorough in the installation and conscientious about working in our house -- they came in and out carefully.
All of the work that they did turned out well. We would definitely use them again.
