I found Larson Air on the Internet and choose them because they had good customer reviews. As soon as I called them, they were here within in an hour, and they were fast and fair.
The technician, Allen, was great. He went straight to the furnace and, after thinking that the problem was one thing that would have been more expensive to repair, he double-checked it and found that it was actually not as bad. I felt really good about how honest he was with me.
They found the part for me right away and Allen came back about 40 minutes later to fix it. Everything was done that morning and, within 3 hours of the time I called them, I was back in business -- staying warm. I will definitely use Larson Air again.
