Review content:
We went out for competitive bids and were totally impressed with Larson Air in terms of the detail of the bid, the services that they were going to provide, and the cost. We are a non-profit, so getting a discount on the price is a phenomenal feature.
We have been using Larson Air for almost a year. We recently expanded and have 2 separate buildings now, both of which they service.
They are very approachable. Because they are the ones who answer the phone, you do not have to go through several different people to get an answer.
With heating/air service, it is often a last-minute issue that we are calling them about, and they are good at coming out and taking care of it right away. If they cannot be there that day, they tell us when they can come the next day so that we know when to expect them.
Larson Air is a family-owned and operated business, which makes a big difference. They genuinely care and are supporting their family, which is reflected in the way that they do things and how they deal with their customers.
I would definitely recommend Larson Air. In addition to work that they do for the non-profit, I also have used them for work at my home and been very pleased.
