Been a Ford family for 30 years...great trucks, even bought a few from Landmark...always treated pretty fairly in sales....SERVICE IS ANOTHER STORY!!! LOUSY, CONDESCENDING, DISHO...

I purchased my 2010 Lincoln MKS there and was happy with my purchase and the people that work there, so that is where I have it serviced. I'm always treated like Royalty when I go there and they do a great job with maintenance so I keep going back. more

I bought an Explorer from you in 1998 (my first new car) and yes I am still driving it. You are the only serving place I have been. That's why I plan on another 100,000 miles!\r \r You blew a new car sale from my besties as you didn't seem to care if they bought or not and they ended up at Vancouver Ford. Another Explorer. But I will keep trying. more

Landmark Sales Man are very rude and they do not know the Lincoln, Ford Products at all.\r We got a new Sales person who acted like he knew all the Lincolns and he did not well not know NOTHING at all.\r We will never shop their again, all high price and also the Sales Mangers LIE through their teeth.\r I called Costco Auto Program and Costco does not have them listed on their Auto program at all.\r We where lied by the sales managers and the owner does not even care.\r We have told all our friends never ever to shop at LANDMARK FORD AND LINCOLN.\r more

One of the best auto service departments that I have had the pleasure of using. Kyle answered a couple of questions and advised on a few things and sent me on my way for the next 5K. The service and the rental part of my visit were outstanding,The only area I've seen where this dealership really needs to improve is the pick up of my vehicle.It took me around 30 minutes to get my truck after I had paid.It's never been great but this time was ridiculous.I sure hope it's better next time. more
