I came in not expecting to buy a new car since the letter I received said they could most likely get a new Forrd Focus for the same monthly payment as the current one for a '09 Focus, but Kaveen negotiated for me and it came true. I left with a '13 Focus! more

Brought my car in for a 5000 mile service. I dropped it off first thing in the morning and someone from the dealership gave me a ride back home. About an hour and a half later I got a call saying that the car was ready. Someone was sent to my house to give me a ride back to the dealership. When I dropped off the car in the morning, Jered checked the car's history and made sure everything was up to date. \r The process was very smooth, efficient, and professional. I was treated in a friendly and courteous manner. more

Very good responsiveness to the issue by Kyle and his team. I am disappointed that the Ecoboost engine has had some problems. I have had the turbo intake replaced, and this time the catalytic converter replaced. It's a brand new truck, and this is my 3rd brand new F-150 pickup over the past 15-16 years. I have had more problems so far with this truck than all others combined. more

Briefly: Transmission is lurching in Drive but this does not constitute a major failure so a replacement of the Transmission Control module is unwarranted -issue still persists after the TCM was flashed and will not be repaired/replaced until it catatrophically fails.\r more

Although the pickup we had driven up to purchase had been sold by fleet the previous day and the dealership was experiencing a power outage, Tom was very helpful in 1st trying to locate a vehicle that was suppose to be there and then finding a pickup that fit our needs. I came in a day before the 4th holiday with no appointment, for a repair. I had expected to wait until Friday afternoon, but it was repaired within 4 hours. A nice surprise that saved me time and the extra need for a rental. Plus you gave me a ride home. Thank you for the extra accomodation! more
