Been a Ford family for 30 years...great trucks, even bought a few from Landmark...always treated pretty fairly in sales....SERVICE IS ANOTHER STORY!!! LOUSY, CONDESCENDING, DISHO...

I brought my car in for oil change and re-set of computer warning light on dashboard about tire pressure. I had a burned out tail light that they fixed, a loose wire connection that they fixed, tire information about replacement tires to purchase later. I waited for my car to be serviced and washed. more

I came in for ""The Works"" on our 2014 Fusion Hybrid, and to try to determine what a sound in front passenger door might be. All of the staff were very courteous, and it was thought that maybe the sound could be the panel shifting a little over bumps. I decided to wait until the sound either gets worse, or louder before we fix it. But it was really nice that a repair tech went with me for a ride to try to hear it instead of just saying they can't hear it so, oh well. more

Definitely Coming back 5/4/2015

Aside from a very long process when actually buying the SUV, the experience was excellent. Conan Ball is a very personable and knowledgeable salesman. He also has a wonderful personality and is able to converse with all age groups. I liked his sense of humor! more

Very friendly greeting. Stopped what they were doing to take care of me as soon as I arrived. Asked questions to understand exactly what I wanted before starting. Answered all of my concerns. Completed service (adding a free car wash) faster than the estimated time. All in all everything was great. My entire experience with Landmark has been this way since I bought the truck in July 2014. The ""The Truck Man"" that sold it to us, parts, service, everywhere you go they act like you matter. My wife has driven a CRV for a long long time. When she gets a new car, the first quarter of 2017, she says she is going to Landmark. more
