The Best Service 6/13/2014

Brought our Edge in for service in the evening around 6:30PM. The Moonroof was not closing and ceased to function. Jason Moats told us they'd look at it and let us know what they find. Just before 9:00pm we got a call from Jason to tell us the motor was bad, needed replacement and that it was covered through our extended warranty, would likely be done the next day. Called at 7:00pm the next evening, it was completed, picked it up around 9:00pm. Its great that you have extended service hours to accommodate those of us with long days! Thank you, great Service! more

I did all of the transaction on line with Rex DeMello and throughout the process I was pleased with the professionalism and timely service. I had some other on line experiences with other dealers that were less than satisfactory. I would, of course, prefer to purchase in person and should the opportunity to trade with Landmark arise in the future I would not hesitate to return. more
