Been a Ford family for 30 years...great trucks, even bought a few from Landmark...always treated pretty fairly in sales....SERVICE IS ANOTHER STORY!!! LOUSY, CONDESCENDING, DISHONEST AND MOST OF ALL WORTHLESS...ESPECIALLY THE SERVICE MANAGERS!!!! After years of giving them the benefit of the doubt due to proximity of them to me, I AM DONE. THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW. IF IT WALKS LIKE A DUCK, QUACKS LIKE A DUCK AND LOOKS LIKE A DUCK....THEN IT MUST BE A DUCK!!!!! Took my truck in for minor issues to be repaired under warranty and got nothing but the run around...from service advisor to service manager. To assure a customer that some issues had been fixed while others were the customers fault when the truck was purchased this way, then to get home and find out NONE OF THE SAID ISSUES WERE FIXED AT ALL is total uncalled for and disheartening. Sent in questionaire from Ford about service experience and was brutally honest....Kurt the service manager didnt like that bad review and has
