Excellent. It was for a transmission recall and the problem, (a sluggish transmission in first gear) was solved. It took 2 days but the wait was worth it. It was the only complaint I had with my 6 speed Focus. more

Excellent Treatment 10/6/2014

I found the parts I wanted for keeping my 6.0L Powerstroke running and the Lariat leather clean and was able to get the coolant flush which JIFFY LUBE claims to do, but does only part way (They don't drain and flush the radiator) more

Overall the service was good. I had a need to have the service done by a particular time and it was finished by then! However, there was a bit of a delay starting the work as a particular part had to be found/purchased elsewhere. I had scheduled my service online, so I would have anticipated all parts would have been ready to go at my appt time.\r more

Awesome experience 9/22/2014

Had my MKZ-H serviced for 2nd time. Very friendly Green service person. \r \r Waited for service completion and had coffee(very good coffee). Nice waiting room with very comfortable seating.\r \r The only thing that I had a problem with was the announcement that my car was done. I have a hearing loss and could not understand the announcements. Then the call was made to my home phone not my cell. As it turned out it took less time then i antisapated. Other then that I am satisfied with my service. I only wish that you were closer to Vancouver. more
