My service experience today was excellent, but I want to give more dealership feedback at this point. \r

First, related to the service, I can't compliment James Case enough. He's been my service advisor since we bought our Mustang and he's always helpful, courteous and knows his stuff.\r

Now a few words about the dealership. We bought our new Mustang GT from you 2 1/2 years ago. It was a great buying experience. Everyone was exceptionally nice and the entire process relaxed and pleasant. One other thing and this may be more important than you realize. When I went to pay for the oil change service today, I was reminded that the fifth oil change is free. That made my day. I know it's not a lot, but it says a lot about your positive relationship with your customers. \r

We recommend your dealership to friends all the time and if we decide to buy another Ford, it will be from you.\r
