It was excellent. From start to finish including the test drive it was just under three hours which I consider very good since we had never purchased a Ford before. We have only purchased Hondas, Acuras, Lexus, Mercedes, and Lexus. more

Jered was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and he made dropping off my truck for service so easy. Jered and his team were able to answer all of my questions, including selecting the right mud flaps for my Super Duty truck. Service work was completed on time, and Jered carefully went over the work that was done. My truck was returned clean and washed, and I could not be happier. more

I worked with CJ from an initial online quote, to test driving, all the way through finalizing the purchase of our new 2013 Ford Focus SE. CJ was a delight to work. He answered all of our questions, did not pressure us into a vehicle and was very flexible when we changed our minds. He provided consistent communication throughout the month that we were looking at cars. Overall, we are extremely happy with our vehicle and with our experience at Landmark. more

This was my first car buying experience so I was more than a little nervous and Rex made the whole process painless. It was exactly the opposite of the terrible car buying experiences I'd been led to believe were the norm. My parents are looking for a new car in the next couple months and I'm going to make sure they go through Rex to receive the same great service I did. more

Our experience at Landmark Ford was very pleasant. We ended up ordering a Ford Fusion that we wanted with Jeff Sleights help. He was very helpful explaining all the options that are available. We have the car now and it is great to drive, plus much better fuel economy and quieter with respect to our old car. more

I researched F150 pickup's and was zeroing in on my choice and I contacted Landmark Ford by email and received a quote from Tom Rayner than was very fair. We came in, met Tom and he proceeded to show us several models focusing on our needs. We finally settled on the one we liked best and took it for a test drive. We traded in our old vehicle, completed all the paperwork and were driving away in 3 hours total. That included the time Tom spent with us, pairing our cell phones with the new sync system. Tom worked hard to understand what we wanted and found what we were looking for. It was a positive experience. We are very pleased. more
