Took three weeks to research, test drive, and finally purchase a 2013 Focus. Charlie spent a significant period of time answering questions, providing various vehicle options. and exploring pricing with me. I was not at any point pressured, and eventually decided to buy at Landmark because of my experience working with him. more

Service adviser communicated often as to the repair schedule, parts ordered and time frame of repairs.\r \r Most importantly he determined that the fitting failure most likely ocurred when the mechanic performed the transmission service the previous month and did not try to pass it off as a normal mechanical failure and pass the cost onto the customer.\r \r Thanks for the honesty. more

Overall, I would say the experience was pleasant. Diane was very helpful and made the purchase relatively painless. \r \r My only negative critique is that originally vehicle information was sent to me on which I made the decision to visit the dealership. However, after driving an hour and a half, the vehicles in questions were not on the lot. more
