Very professional, efficient, and straight-forward. They did more than just sale a car, they made sure that I was taken care of after the purchase. Jim Warner spent quality time with me to make sure I understood all the new features this car included, and it has allot. I would recommend Landmark Ford to anyone that wants a fair deal without any loop holes. They actually care about the customer and not just selling cars. I'll definitely be returning! more

My first Ford started with a beat up old Fairlane onto a used Fairlane Station Wagon onto a Mustang GT convertible onto a the hardtop Mustang GT onto an Eddie Bauer Explorer and now a Titanium Escape with EcoBoost. Even when I am sorely tempted to veer away to another vehicle, I find myself back at Ford as I can find the right vehicle with the right options for the right price in my evolving life. This is my third purchase from Landmark. I can go online and tell Tom Rayner what I want to see. There is no hype I have to put up with, he is straightforward, he listens, he is patient and is my most preferred salesman of all time. more

Happy Customer 12/15/2015

Had old Mercury in to repair power steering leak. Part was ordered on Thursday and repairs promised for Friday. Vehicle was not ready by 4 pm which concerned me as I thought I might be stuck with rental Focus over weekend. However, Mike Walker called by shortly after 4 to tell me they had problems installing part but it got done and car was ready. I was so happy he was there after his normal work hours to be sure my car was ready. more

The Best 11/16/2015

I had a great experience working with Tony and the green team. I came in for my The Works check up and my car needed a little more work done. Tony kept me informed, provided information about all my options, and took the time to answer any questions I had. I really appreciated his time and help. \r \r On a different note: I spent a lot of time in the kids playroom with my son and that room is in serious need of some updates. Room was clean and toys were organized but no way to know if or how often toys are cleaned and the walls and carpet need an upgrade. My sons hands were black after touching toys and carpet. Would also be so amazing to have a rocking chair or a quiet corner for breastfeeding. I used the customer business room next door since it was quiet and empty. Not sure how many moms and kids you have in the waiting room daily, but I can tell you all moms appreciate a fun and clean place to keep our kids entertained and we would definitely notice and spread the word if our dealers more

I was told at the beginning that the wait might be more than 2 hours, which would have been a problem for me because it was the beginning of Shabbat and I needed to get home. I said go ahead with the service, hoping for the best. The Brown Team leader (can't remember his name) came back at about 40 minutes and said it would probably be only 40 more minutes. I think I ended up waiting a little over one hour. Awesome service! more

Bought car from this dealership and had its first scheduled maintenance today.\r It was a good experience , it did take awhile due to having several vehicles ahead of mine, but it was certainly reasonable. There are many very nice cars at this lot to look at while you wait. The sales staff is very friendly and professional. more
