Overall the service was good. I had a need to have the service done by a particular time and it was finished by then! However, there was a bit of a delay starting the work as a particular part had to be found/purchased elsewhere. I had scheduled my service online, so I would have anticipated all parts would have been ready to go at my appt time.\r
