Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

I have had a number of massages over the years, but the L&G spa is the best! From the pre-massage foot bath to the ending steam/shower, the entire process is designed for relaxation. Jennifer easily gave the best massage ever, and afterward gave some wellness suggestions and how to stay healthy. I would highly recommend this spa to others. more

I have gone to at lest three different hair stylists here and generally always been pleased. If I have a problem - it is usually taken care of in a quick and professional manner. Service has been consistently good. more

BEAUTIFUL SALON BUT WOULD RECOMMEND CHANGES ON TIPPING POLICY 9/21/2011

WOULD HAVE RATED HIGHER; HOWEVER, WHEN I ARRIVED WAS TOLD THAT THEY ASSIGNED ME TO ANOTHER STYLIST WITHOUT INFORMING ME PRIOR. THE STYLIST WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE; HOWEVER, SHE HAD SOME WEAKNESSES. I WALKED IN WITH SOME PHOTOS & SHE MIMICKED THE LOOK VERY QUICKLY; BUT NOT COMPLETELY. NO QUESTIONS WERE ASKED IF I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED OR WANTED ANY CHANGES. THE EFFORT WAS 75-80%. PERHAPS REDUCE THE PRICE FOR SERVICE AND ADMINISTER THE TIPPING POLICY TO RECEIVE 100% SERIVCE & SATISFACTION. more

Jason gave me one of the best haircuts I have ever had! He took into consideration what I wanted and my hair type, and was able to focus and carry on a great conversation at the same time. The atmosphere of the salon, the helpful receptionists, and the face and hand massage really contribute to a pleasant experience. more

Most recent of several massages by same Massotherapist. Due to scratches on hands, she appropriately wore gloves for protection of me and therapist. Although attentiveness and skill of therapist was exceptional (as always), the treatment itself was not a comfortable experience this time. Gloves pulled against my skin. more

Appropriate for a Monday! 9/20/2011

Last week work was stressful and I put in A LOT of hours. Then had a couple of events on Saturday and Sunday, with no time for myself. My experience at L&G on Monday evening was just what I needed. Kim Lane is my stylist and was superb, as usual! Her assistant provided me service with a smile and was extremely competent. more

i love ladies & gentlemen salon. i love the mini face and hand massages. i love the touch-us to make-up. i love that tip is included in the price. and most importantly, i always love my cut. they have a great system there and i highly recommend! more

Everything was great as usual, from being greeted, to having my hair washed and the mini facial that goes along with that to my hairstylist, Jodi. Jodi is the best! I've never had a disappointing experience with her nor anyone else. I highly recommend Ladies and Gentlemen to anyone! more

Great Experience! 9/19/2011

I took both of my kids (7 and 8 years old) to get their haircuts at the Legacy location. First, we were late b/c of construction and I called about it and the receptionist and the hair stylists were wonderful about it. Jason and Alexis were great with the kids and I love the haircuts. They gave them their full attention and both of my kids said they loved it! Thanks to them for making it a fun experience and the kids look great! more
