Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

Front desk could use a course in customer service. Therapist was good, but all I could here was her colleagues gossiping outside my room which was annoying. more

Birthday Celebration 8/13/2011

I purchased my spa day in May for my birthday, August 12, 2011. I had my haircut the day before by Kim Allen and I am extremely satisfied with the cut and the time she spent with me helping me decide what I wanted to do with my hair. Yesterday, my day was just perfect. I felt pampered; relaxed and fully escaped my very busy and hectic life. I will be back; planning on a couple's spa day for Valentine's Day 2012. more

Sam's massage,footbath,and guidance were wondeful. She really helped my pain. Her sincere care was felt. Your facility however has much white noise. more

This was the first time I have been to the Legacy L & G and it was a very plesant experience. From the moment I arrived, front desk girl was very nice, hair dresser did an excellent job. Amy Hirter cut my hair and she did exactly what I wanted. Everyone was very professional and pleasant and I will return. more

Love the service at L & G! I like not being passed off to different people for color, cut, etc. My stylist knows not only my hair but my work, hobbies, plans, etc. - so I get a cut that not only looks great but is manageable for my lifestyle. more

Jen Mood velotta has always treated me with respect and the care anyone would like to have while getting treatment! She is personal yet still professional. She will go out of her way to accomadate your needs. I feel not aging but fresh with her. And feel happy she is my stylist. Who by the way gives the best cuts! more

great wedding experience 8/9/2011

Recently had my bridal party in for mani's, pedi's, hair, and makeup. Had a fantastic experience with the salon - everything from booking a year in advance to the day of was fantastic. Everyone at the salon was accomodating and I felt completely beautiful the day of my wedding. Definitely recommend! more

My wedding hair trial was great! 8/8/2011

I had my hair trial with Jodie and her assistant Nan. Both of them were a pleasure to work with. In fact, everyone at the salon was beyond friendly. I brought in a photo of terrible quality of what I wanted my hair to look like. Jodie had no problem working off of that. As she was progressing, she took my feedback about the style with grace. It looked beautiful! My only concern is that pins were falling out within a few minutes of leaving the salon, and the hair piece was falling down. I'll just ask her to secure it more tightly next time. more
