Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

First Time Visitor 10/21/2011

I had my first appointment with Stephanie last night and I cannot say enough good things about her and her assistant. Stephanie took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and the color turned out beautiful! This was my first time visiting the salon and I already made my second appointment to go back in 8 weeks. I was really happy with the level of service I received. more

I'm very picky about massages, and not easily impressed. But my massage here was amazing! It's a small sap, but I loved that I got the full-on spa treatment with robe, steam shower, and foot soak ahead of time. Also enjoyed getting to choose which scent I preferred for my oil. The massage itself was really well done. Finished things off with water & a shower. Lovely, lovely experience! I would highly recommend this to anyone. more

I was given a gift card from a friend, but had never been to the salon before. I needed a manicure, so I booked one and went in without much expectation. I can honestly say my experience was fabulous. My technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My nails were gorgeous. Truly one of the best manicures I've ever had! more

I had such a great time getting my haircut with Jodi. She made my hair look gorgeous. Elaine washed my hair and I loved the the massages and the mini facial. Good Stylist 10/12/2011

I had a great experience, the stylist was competant and did a great job, the biggest upset was that I was told it would be $85, when it came to the payment it ended up being almost $40 dollars more than that, which for us on a budget was very disappointing. I even asked if a higlight and low-light cost more and the stylist said no. Unfortunately that surprise will probably keep me from going back. more

Customized Massage Was Amazing 10/12/2011

Loved every minute of this customized experience. After selecting three Aveda image/word cards that moved me, my MT then allowed me to sample scents that related to those cards. Whatever scent I liked the best was the one she incorporated into my massage, and of course, it came with a description of why I was probably drawn to that image and scent. Besides that being really cool, the whole massage was just what I needed -- strong pressure but relaxing on every muscle group. Will definitely be back again! more

Wonderful experience 10/11/2011

I have only had good experiences at Ladies and Gentlemen. I am very pleased with my stylist, Nick. He is always professional, friendly and I feel confident that I will leave Ladies and Gentlemen happy. This last appointment was exceptional. I unexpectedly had to go to work after my appointment and Nick made sure I got out on time with probably the best hair color and cut I have EVER had. more
