Ladies & Gentlemen Salon & Day

I've been going to L&G at Legacy since I moved to Cleveland over 3 years ago. I've always had a great experience and service with the stylists and staff that work there. I would recommend L&G to anyone for a great haircut and service for a reasonable price. Definitely a great value. more

I went in looking to go darker for the fall but wasn't sure exactly what I wanted to do. My stylist, Katie Ward, consulted with me and came up with a creative idea. She did an "hombre" coloring that blended nicely with my highlights. I couldn't be happier with the rich and natural color! She also refreshed my cut and gave me a relaxing hand and arm message. I already booked another appointment for the holidays!! more

I can't give myself a peaceful mani/pedi at home, so I think I will keep coming here as long as I have the extra cash. I like the online booking, I like that the price includes everything, and I like Michelle! more

Just moved to the area and definitely crazy about my hair I was on the search to find a stylist who listened to me and had experience cutting and styling long hair. It may not seem hard but it is since my hair has lots of texture to it. Always seems people want to take more off of it or don't give me ideas on keeping my long hair look fresh and interesting. Jodie did all of that she explained the techniques and kept my hair long! Amazing. She is a signature stylist and was so knowledgeable. Also go se Leila for your brows. She will rock your world!! Amazingly talented and my brows are perfect!! Highly recommend!! more

I always feel pampered when I go to Ladies and Gentlemen at Legacy Village. Before your haircut, you don't just get a plain ho-hum shampoo, you also get a heavenly scalp, hand, and arm massage, plus a light facial (Nan is really excellent). Stylist Amy really listens to her clients and took extra time to give me a haircut and style that complimented the shape of my face. Nan came back and finished with some understated makeup (included in the price of the haircut). The compliments I received during the rest of the day made me feel so good! more

I've been going here for years and I think I'm going to have to find a new salon. I've had to have my hair fixed twice since I've been going there. That is a big deal. Who wants to walk around being embarrassed about their hair? Especially when it's a hair cut and you have to wait until it grows out a little before they can fix it. (I looked like an idiot for a month.) I've recommended L&G to other people and I'm definitely not doing that anymore. I started going there because it's a no tipping salon so I could avoid the awkwardness of the whole thing but instead I felt awkward having to demand my money back and that they fix my hair. Overall they have good customer service and it is nice to have a mini facial and arm massage while they wash your hair. It's still not enough to get me to come back. I can't believe I still went there after the first time they messed up my hair. I've finally learned from my mistake. When you get your haircut people should say "you look so good" not "what the hell happened to your hair?" (Quote from my coworker) "You need to get that fixed. Where did you go that they did that bad of a job?" (Quote from my boss.) I gave it 2 1/2 stars because I have been pleased with the pedicures, facials and massages I've gotten there. more

Katie Baxter is awesome. I have very fine blonde hair. She is able to cut so you can't see scissor marks which is a challenge! more

After recently moving to Ohio, I was struggling to find a new salon. However, I could not be any happier with Ladies and Gentleman. My stylist Jillian was absolutely amazing and gave me the best cut and color I have ever had. I couldn't even believe that we got a mini facial and hand massage as our hair was washed. I was in heaven. Jillian knew exactly what I wanted and was incredibly nice and helpful. I cannot wait to go back! more

She is terrific on every level. She listens and responds to my requests, always interpreting my impressions correctly (which probably isn't easy). She is friendly, patient, professional, timely and talented. I will miss her while she is on maternity leave. I wish her well and look forward to sitting in her chair when she returns. more

THE SALON WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A FIRST COUSIN WHOSE DAUGHTER WAS GETTING MARRIED THAT WEEK-END. I WENT THERE TO GET A SHAMPOO AND A BLOW OUT, AND WAS IMPRESSED BY THE ATTENTIVE SERVICE AND THE COMPLIMENTARY TOUCHES. FOR EXAMPLE, I WAS GIVEN A COMPLIMENTARY MINI FACIAL AFTER THE SHAMPOO, AND A COMPLIMENTARY MAKE-UP TOUCH-UP WHILE I WAS GETTING MY HAIR BLOW OUT. THE SERVICES WERE ALL EXCELLENT! more
