WOULD HAVE RATED HIGHER; HOWEVER, WHEN I ARRIVED WAS TOLD THAT THEY ASSIGNED ME TO ANOTHER STYLIST WITHOUT INFORMING ME PRIOR. THE STYLIST WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE; HOWEVER, SHE HAD SOME WEAKNESSES. I WALKED IN WITH SOME PHOTOS & SHE MIMICKED THE LOOK VERY QUICKLY; BUT NOT COMPLETELY. NO QUESTIONS WERE ASKED IF I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED OR WANTED ANY CHANGES. THE EFFORT WAS 75-80%. PERHAPS REDUCE THE PRICE FOR SERVICE AND ADMINISTER THE TIPPING POLICY TO RECEIVE 100% SERIVCE & SATISFACTION.
