Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

Wonderful Experience 9/30/2011

My stylist is wonderful, she takes her time to truly understand what I want and is honest about what can be achieved. She is an excellent colorist and stylist! Not to mention she is one of the nicest people I have ever met! The salon is great. But it is the people that make the difference! more

Awesome experience 9/29/2011

I had a new stylist yesterday as my regular person was on maternity leave. They rescheduled me very easily and Vanessa L was great. Her assistant, Kay was also fabulous. I was in/out in a reasonable time. more

I had Val for the first time and she was great. She was very personable and did a great job on my hair. I would definitely go to her again. The only negative feedback I have is that the girl that checked me out was not very friendly and seemed annoyed with questions I had her. more

Friendly service. Sugar waxing was fast and efficient. Great results! Only downfall is that it was a bit pricier than I would have liked. more

highlighting & color 9/27/2011

ELAINE EGGELMEYER is the Best hair colorest i have had to date. I have fine hair with very little greying. Elaine has time over time colored and highlighted my hair that came out perfect and consistant! I have had problems with other salons(not l&g) that can't seem to do the same consistant coloring each time i came back for touch ups. Believe it or not, but she dosn't have to check on your hair every 10 min. to see how the color is taking. Perfect everytime. I love my stylist, and if you decide to go to her, please leave some opening up for me. more

Every time I go to Ladies and Gentlemen Salon I have a perfect experience. From the desk reception to the atmosphere, it's wonderful. I love looking at the new products. I have been a customer of Ladies and Gentleman for years. EVERY appointment I have I leave satisfied 110%! In fact, I moved to Canada for a few years and would coordinate a hair appointment when I planned a visit back to Cleveland to see family! The staff is talented, creative, personable and make you feel like you are the only client they have that day! The products they use are the best out there! I have been and always will be their biggest fan! I highly recommend making an appointment...even if you are happy with your current hairdresser, chances are, you will have a great experience! more

Wonderful experiences at Ladies & Gentlemen! 9/25/2011

I have been going to Ladies & Gentlemen for haircuts for several years. My stylist, Dina, is truly a genius when it comes to hair. When I ask her for ideas, she always has great suggestions. She is a warm and friendly person, who helps make the experience great. Also, the complementary mini-facial and hand/arm massage that come with every haircut are to die for! I really appreciate the post-haircut makeup application, too. The staff takes really good care of you. I never hesitate to recommend Ladies & Gentlemen! more

I thought the price I paid for my service was a little high, but some of their other services are so reasonably priced that I feel like this isn't a big.deal.
