Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

I always have a wonderful experience at L&G. I visit the salon every 4 weeks to have my hair done by Jen Roske. She is wonderful and I will always come back to her!! Eric is her assistant right now and he is doing a great job also. more

I started coming too Ladies and Gentlemen at Legacy several years ago. I have had 2 stylists, both excellent and pleasant. I cannot imagine changing salons. more

Loved my experience! 9/1/2011

I got my hair cut from John & I will go back to him every time! I loved the complementary hand/arm massage & mini facial. It was a nice treat. My hair cut was just what I asked for & I left feeling relaxed & refreshed. I highly recommend John! Also- I couldn't believe there was no tipping. As a first time client, who was very satisfied- it felt weird leaving & not showing my appreciation to the stylist. So- thank you very much & go see John. more

Loved my pedicure 9/1/2011

I was welcomed and checked in within moments of walking through the door. Everyone was friendly and professional, and best of all, Jamie provided a wonderful respite in an otherwise hectic day. I already have made my next appointment for my daughter and me. more

first massage 9/1/2011

What saved the experience was the actual massage and steam shower that followed. The begining steam shower was cold and more of a muggy feeling than a steam shower. Then when in the waiting room I was VERY uncomfortable when a man was in the waiting area and I was in nothing but a robe, REALLY??! I would've gone back to the shower if it weren't so cold. The massage was nice and so was the steam shower afterwards (not sure why it worked this time as it was the same shower?) I wouldn't suggest it, it's not worth the price to me. more

The experiences I have had w/ facials at the salon are wonderful. the staff makes you feel very important and they care about your needs. From the beginning w/ a cup of tea and a foot soak to the relaxing end of the session is wonderful. The shoulder, scalp, arm and foot massage just enhance the experience. I highly recommend this to all ages. more

The therapist was pleasant and did a great job. My only complaint is that after being put in the foot soak, she disappeared for 10 minutes. The 60 minute massage started at 3:55 and ended at 4:45. It should either be called a 50min massage or really be 60 minutes. more

Another Fantastic Experience! 8/30/2011

Glad I finally made the switch! Lovely and professional salon, truly relazing environment, fantastically customer centered and no tipping! John knocked it out of the park last night - great hands, cut and service. It took me some time to get to Ladies and Gentlemen once they arrived at Legacy Village. Loved my stylist at John Roberts. BUT, JR's crazy environment, clubby girl feel, freezing tiny salon in Chagrin, and practically extortinate pricing just aggravated me after 7 years. I FINALLY moved to L & G and am thrilled. more

Always a pleasure.. 8/30/2011

I go to Ladies and Gentleman in Legacy Village. The ladies at the front desk are always smiling and friendly. Whenever I call to make an appointment the appointment desk is patience and helpful. I appreciate the reminder cards and calls, however there are 4 of us in the household who go to Ladies and Gentleman and the reminder calls do not specify a name. I have been seeing the same stylist at Ladies and Gentleman for the past 3 years.Jen Moody is amazingly talented, professional, friendly and has a kind heart. My husband and my sons also go to see Jen. Jen has established a wonderful rapport with my 4 yr old and 6 yr old sons and they adore her. The kids room is always inviting and fun. Currently, Jen's assistent Nan is wonderful to Jen's clients and always has a warm smile and kind words. She is fast and efficient. Always there to help Jen complete the job. My boys adore her as well and end their visit with a big hug. As I said in the title "Always a pleasure". more

Wonderful experience 8/27/2011

I just moved to town and was worried about finding a good stylist. I have a very thick head of hair that takes skill to shape and style. I was very pleased with my stylist and L & G. I used Jodi and I am very happy with my cut. She worked with my every request and did not rush the cut or dry at all. The hair washing comes with a mini spa treatment, and it is all without tipping, so the price you are quoted is the actual price you pay. more

Pedicure 8/27/2011

The pedicure was terrific and after reading in the Plain Dealer about dirty salons, I looked around for the things mentioned in the paper and did not find any of the problems. It was very clean and relaxing. more
