Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

I love, love, love my new cut from L&G! I moved here in April and have been searching for a good stylist for months. I went to others but they took forever and weren't very impressed. I went to L&G and saw Alex, she was really great and offered suggestions on spicing up my cut. I've been getting so many compliments. Plus, how can you beat a cut and complimentary facial and head and hand massage?! So glad to have found this place! more

I went in to get a cut and color with Jenn again. She was wonderful as usual. Even though she is 9 months pregnant she did a great job was full of energy and gave me wonderful tips on how to style my new look! This place will never dissapoint you with hair!! more

Great Service...but 9/14/2011

I love getting my hair done at L&G but the stations and floors always looks dirty and cluttered. I always look around wondering why the management doesn't enforce a cleaner environment. more

Great haircut - but frustrated 9/14/2011

I enjoyed my haircut and like the way it turned out. However, when I got the hand massage my watch was taken and not returned. Unfortunately I did not realize it until I was 30 minutes into my drive home. I live an hour away from the salon. I called to ask if they could ship it to me and I was told no. I am extremely frustrated because I hate not having my watch and it's an hour drive and I am not sure when I will get back to Beachwood to pick it up. Very frustrated with this situation but I love my stylist and the job she does. more

Love my stylist, infact she has just been promoted. And, it is well deserved. - She has a natural talent and you have given her excellent training. That along with being a genuinely sweet and compassionate person is a great combination. - Oh, and my birthday is in October, so I think a discount certificate would be a super gift to offer a faithful coustomer. Just thought that I drop that idea by you by you. more

Excellent spa and salon 9/10/2011

Excellent. I have been there a few times before for just a massage or just a pedicure never an all day experience and it was awesome. I enjoyed everything , of course the massage , facial and pedicure were my favorite. And I love the way everything is so fancy . It makes you feel as if you were rich for a day . I love this spa and will always come back and each time I try to bring more people so they can experience the extravagance of this spa and salon. Thank you so much. more

Perfect 9/10/2011

I've had occasional haircuts at other salons while travelling. No place compares, both in terms of quality and convenience. The no-tipping policy is genious. It removes a whole level of ambiguity and anxiety. But the quality of the work is what stands out. I keep my hair a bit longer than most men (in Cleveland), it's a pleasure to know that my stylist understands the look I'm after. more
