Greeted nicely by receptionist staff. Appointment ran on time and other staff said hello while walking past us. Exceptional stylist! We have never had a bad haircut in 12 years.

Consistently excellent experiences 11/7/2011

I have been going to Ladies and Gentlemen for over 5 years and have had only excellent experiences. My haircuts are exact. Other spa services were performed with professional skill. The visits are always relaxing and refreshing. I highly recommend them for all beauty needs. more

I enjoyed my visit. Rachael is friendly, listens well, and wants to be sure to do a good job. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the fact that I had received a email for ten dollars off. I had left my printed coupon at home on my table and they would not accept my verbal word that I had received this email and honor it. I have gone to other aveda salons, but love the face/hand massage and no tipping, as well as the facilities. more

Worst haircut I've ever had 11/5/2011

I've had great service with my stylist in the past, but was horrified to see how short my hair was after my haircut last night. My hair has never been this short. I'd expected to get a half inch taken off. Not sure exactly how much was cut off, but I came in with a short ponytail and can't even pull any of my hair back now. It's disappointing. I have a lot of events coming up for work and I'm embarrassed to look like this. Not sure how this happened, exactly, but I'll be going elsewhere for future haircuts. more

Love Ladies & Gentleman 10/31/2011

I have been going to Ladies & Gentleman for years. I was shocked the first time that I went in and they had a sign that said "No tipping." They give you the royal treatment when you go for a haircut. You get a wash, hand and arm massage or mini-facial or scalp massage, cut, style, and make-up if you want it. All for the same price as just a cut anywhere else. Aimee is my stylist and she is wonderful. She makes great recommendations based on your type of hair, skin color, and shape of your face. I've also done the eyelash tinting so that I didn't need mascara. Definitely the best salon and spa around. more

Fantastic all around from booking to checking out! 10/31/2011

From booking, to the service, to checking out, the service was fantastic. Booking over the phone was quick and easy. When checking in, Cody at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. We went as a group of three and were accomodated quite well. Everyone was kind and friendly and excited to have us! We look forward to going back! My daughter loved Heather Marie for her facial. I had Suzanne for a massage and felt absolutely fantastic after the service. My mom was with Jeni W for a massage and, after her service, was ready for a nap in the spa! :) It was a much needed day and everything was perfect! Thanks LNG! more

Love my stylist--Melinda 10/30/2011

I've been going to Ladies and Gentlemen for several yrs now. It happened by accident. My daughter was scheduled for her homecoming updo. She had a volleyballtournament+couldn't keep her appt. It looked as though she was going to homecoming without her hair done that yr,then we were told Melinda could do her updo. She was alittle nervous as she loved how her regular girl did her her hair. Melinda did a great job. Her hair was absolutely beautiful!!! I was so impressed I scheduled myself with Melinda for cut and color.She's been doing my hair ever since.I went to the Mentor Salon as I live east of Mentor. Melinda's now at Legacy and it is abit of a drive. I do alittle shopping when I am there too:-) My husband isn't nearly as happy as I am when I arrive home.Although he loves my hair. LOL more

I have been having my brows threaded w/ Layla for nearly a year now and am thrilled I tried it. My sensitive skin had numerous troubles w/ waxing and I have had no complications with the threading. I highly recommend Layla and her quick and lovely service. more

I am always pleased with Michael's color expertise. He always asks my opinion and makes me feel beautiful. He is a terrific stylist, and even though his first client put him behind schedule, he never made me feel rushed and was doing everything he could to calmly get back on schedule. He is a terrific colorist and stylist - never let him go! more
