I've bout about 3 cars from Klein Honda specifically, but I have never had such a positive experience as I did when I purchased my Honda Accord from Lai. He and Ted the sales manager made buying a car fun and easy. Yes I said FUN! Which a lot of people can't say when they've gone out to buy a car, because it's so filled with pressure, and of course all the BS that comes out of a lot of those salesmans mouths. Anyone in the market for a car would be only digging themselves in a ditch to go anywhere else but Klein Honda. Lai was so friendly and helpful, and listened to all of my needs. I originally went in thinking about a civic, but Lai understood I needed more room for a car seat so he suggested an Accord.
Of course the Accord fit the seat better but the cost was more than the civic. This is where an actual sales manager does what he's suppose to do, Ted made the Accord very affordable, I don't know how Ted did it but he worked his magic and Viola! I own an Accord on my very strict monthly budget. I left there only excited to tell my friends and family about my great experience buying a car.
