I knew I wanted to buy a Honda but I was having a really hard time deciding which one of three models I really wanted. After shopping at the Honda dealer nearest to my house I was a little fed up so started looking for someone else to help me. After talking with several dealerships over the phone/email I took the chance of driving over an hour from where I live to go to Klein Honda because they really seemed like they were willing to work with me and would give me the best deal. I ended up buying from them that night thanks to J.W.'s help (and patience!). They were great to deal with that day and have followed up with us several times to make sure we are happy with our new Honda Fit. I especially liked that J.W. really seemed interested in helping me figure out which car would be the best for us instead of just trying to sell us the more expensive one or the one they had the most of on the lot .
Pros: Easy to deal with, friendly, no pushy salespeople
