Nate helped my husband and I out after we had purchased a Honda Prelude for our daughter as a graduation gift. We were immediately impressed with Nate's friendly, courteous and respectful demeanor. What was even more impressive about Nate was how focused Nate was on serving our needs instead of his own. Even after he realized that we had just purchased a used Prelude from a lot down the street, he didn't try to shrug us off or try to pawn us off onto someone else. Instead, Nate took the extra time to escort us down to the service department where he introduced us to the service department to get our Prelude inspected and then serviced with an oil change. I feel that this is rare In the "dog eat dog world" we are living in exacerbated by our country's economic downturn. Another sales person might have ignored us or tried to pawn us off onto someone else for purchasing a vehicle from another lot ...but not Nate. He gladly served us and did so not grudgingly but respectfully. I think NATE'S willingness to genuinely serve the customers needs is unbeatable! The next car we purchase will be from NATE!
