Disappointed in rewards cancellation 3/21/2011

My husband and I come to Kirkwood Auto because of the rewards program and coupons. He was advised the the program was suddenly cancelled, so the $700+ bill wouldn't count towards anything. In addition, they would not honor the $10 rewards coupon we brought. It would have been nice if we were informed of this change ahead of time so we could have gone somewhere else. more

A relief 3/20/2011

I knew I needed an oil change and I was having problems with my hood opening. They took care of everything and then created a maintanance plan for my 13-year-old car. I was very pleased. more

Scheduled service 3/19/2011

Scheduled service was done in a timely and professional manner. Although troubleshooting a rear noise resulting in no findings it was explained with some satisfaction and facility will have a better idea if problem continues or worsens. more

Lexus Repair Work 15 March 3/17/2011

Over the years I have interacted with hundreds of service establishments, but Kirkwood takes 1st prize in terms of their customer focus, competency and fairness in price. They have their priorities straight and know what it takes to bring customers back, over and over again. Kudos to Kirkwood! more
