Truck(Vehicle) repairs 4/13/2011

I have received nothing better than100% "SATISFACTION" FROM THE SERVICE,WORK,PROFESSIONALISM,TIME-GIVEN AND ACTUAL TIME WORKED ON THE TRUCK.The understanding,friendship,and professionalism that the employees constantly give me is beyond compare( to any and all other vehicle repair shops). I tell everyone(that doesn't have a vehicle under warranty) to go to your business-to get their vehicle(s) repaired.I am a "CERTIFIED SEARCH & RESCUE DIVER" soon to be with the "HOOK,CROOK AND LADDER FRIE DEPT."and I will spread this info to every professional business that I come in-contact with. Rather fantastic. 4/12/2011

After a horrible experience at another repair facility, I was amazed at how relaxing and enjoyable it was at Kirkwood. I almost can't wait to be back! It was nice to be told "this is what's wrong, and this is what we suggest to be done," rather than (at the other place I went) "Ooooh, it's gonna cost a lot more than $300!"
