Quality of Service 4/25/2011

I have been going to this service center for 20 years for 99.% of my repairs. And never had to question if something was done that they said would be done. You guys are the best. more

Excellent 4/25/2011

Kirkwood Auto Center is bright, clean and has free wi-fi while you wait. The desk personal are extremely friendly and make you feel at home when arriving for an appointment. The mechanic who worked on my car came out and sat next down next to me in the waiting room to talk to me about my car. He was polite and straight forward - not condescending at all. That to me was most important. I am tired of being talked to condescending by mechanics because I am a young female, but not at Kirkwood Auto Center! more

oil change 4/20/2011

I was promptly served when I took myhusband's car in to Kirkwood for an oil change. The desk attendants were exceptionally polite and friendly and the service speedy. The lounge is comfortable, with plenty of reading material. By using my Royalty REwards certificates, I only owed a couple dollars! more

Pretty good service, REALLY expensive 4/20/2011

I've been here a few times now, and I like the level of service they provide - friendly, prompt and thorough. However, they are dealer-level expensive. My latest visit confirmed - $450 for transmission flush, coolant/brake fluid change. It would've been half that at a number of other places. Because of time/convenience issues I let them do it, but I had to hold my nose when paying! For this reason, I will likely be shopping elsewhere for my auto repair needs in the future. more

Great job. I knew we needed brakes but was nice to know that backs were good enough that we didn't need to do anything and Kirkwood Auto was honest about it. Will be a repeat customer. more
