Replace a battery 1/11/2011

I have been a customer of Kirkwood Auto since 1980 when I purchased a Honda. Since that time I had a Sabaru and have had my 1993 Mialta serviced here at Kirkwood. Kirkwood has always done the job right the first time. The customer service reps are knowledgable and friendly. more

Couteous Professional Service 1/8/2011

I have been very fortunate in the past 28 years to have known what we called years ago, ?Cracker Jack? mechanics. Whenever I relocate, finding excellent mechanics in a professional setting with fare prices is a priority that adds to my peace of mind. Great! I needed a new tire 1/5/2011

I front tire was wrecked. On Monday 1/3 and fixed by Tuesday 1/4 first thing in the morning. They ordered and replaced my new tire in less tha 24 hours. more

what a time for the heat to fail 1/4/2011

We called with a last minute request for service to our vehicle. Because it was lack of heat in the vehiecle Debbie managed to accomodate us quickly. The job was handed over to Chris who kept us updated on the repair and the required part. The job took two (2) days but if we had gone anywhere else we would still be waiting for the initial appointment. It's nice to have a mechanic in the 'family"!! more
