I had a 7:30 apt for an oil change and tire rotation. I did not get out of there until 9:45. Everyone was very helpful and informative, nice waiting room but I thought the wait time was excessive. more

I came in for maintenance for my since i was going to be going on a long road trip. They did not try to sell me anything just told me honestly what was need now and long term. They even helped put my spare tire back under/on at no charge. I would reconnend their services to all my family and friends. more

EASY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AT MY CONVIENCE; WAS ABLE TO DROP MY CAR OFF AT NIGHT. I WAS CALLED PROMPTLY AND INFORMED OF THE PROBLEM WITH MY CAR, AS WELL AS OTHER SAFETY ISSUES. THE SERVICE WAS COMPLETE EVEN BEFORE MY REQUESTED TIME! I FEEL SAFE DRIVING MY CAR; I TOTALLY PUT MY TRUST IN KIRKWOOD AUTO CENTER!!!! more
