60,000 Mile service 5/12/2011

I have been going to Kirkwood Auto Center for almost 20 years.I have never had a bad experience there!! They have always given me options and advice on ways to save money.The Staff at Kirkwood Auto has always been very accommodating and they are always a pleasure to deal with..I always refer my friends to them. more

Professional, polite, honest 5/11/2011

This is my second visit to KAC and it was as pleasant as the first. Employees are friendly and helpful, not condescending. Service was quick, courtesy shuttle arrived when promised. I will be back in another 5,0000 miles for my next oil change. (I didn't give 5 stars only because this is just my second visit. A few more good visits and they'll get the 5) more

The Best - As Usual 5/11/2011

I've been bringing my cars to Kirkwood Auto for over twenty years. The staff and techs may change, but the service has always been excellent. I don't put many miles on my car so I'm off any manufacturer's maintenance schedule. Kirkwood Auto makes sure my car is maintained to the highest standard. I depend on them and they deliver. more

Brakes 5/6/2011

Dropped off my car the night before. Got a call at 7:40am to go over necessary repairs. Car was completed in plenty of time for me to pick it up at 4:30. Excellent service, reasonable prices, outstanding staff! more

I am happy to do business with Kirkwood. I feel like I don't have to constantly second guess whether they are trying to sell me something that I don't need and the quality of the work they do is top rate. I was loyal to my dealer's service shop for years, but once I could not longer say the same about them I found a better alternative. more

Brakes Serviced 5/2/2011

I called and quickly got an appointment to have my brakes service. I was called to ensure that the date and time were right for me. On the day of my appointment I was called and the tech Chris, explained in detail waht the issue was and how much it would cost. I was called when the truck was done, and the vehicle drives just like new. Thanks again for the wonderful service. more

The middle exhaust pipe replaced 4/29/2011

I always get the best and honest service at kirkwood auto that is why I been going there for over 20 years. Unless my car brakes down on the road this is where I go for all my work.. I have referred many people there for service also.. For quality and honest service this where you need to go. No BS and it is fixed the first time right so you dont have to keep taking it back.. What a wonderful team they have working there also. more

An excellent experience 4/28/2011

My first visit to Kirkwood auto center was a very pleasant surprise. The waiting room and shop area were noticably clean and neat, the employees were friendly, the work was performed in a very timely manner, and the price was right. I will use them again in the future, and would recommend them to anyonewho wants good work at a fair price. more

Regular servicing 4/27/2011

I went in to have some recommended work done on my 95 Taurus. When I checked in they said I did not have tohave it done that there was an error some how. I was pleased with that since I did not want a large bill. I had a leak of some kind. I also needed an oil change. They suggestednot doing the oil change, putting a dye in the system, driving around and come back at the end of the week. I appreciate there being honest with me and not doing the oil change, and then have to come back at a late date with the problem not solved and only getting worse. I feel they saved me money, which I find to be a huge reason why I continue to use them to work on my car. more
