Long Wait-Poor Service 12/23/2010

Just the poorest service I have ever had at Kirkwood in terms of the wait and the lack of follow up with telephone calls. I literally pushed my car in on Friday noon and I understand the holidays and the amount of vehicles but, I was promised to be looked at first thing on Monday and that wasn't the case. My car was ready by late Monday and I opted to pick it up on Tuesday Morning. When I arrived on Tuesday my vehicle was ready but someone had neglected to complete the paperwork so again I had to wait. more

From the time that I check in at the service desk to the time I pay my bill and leave, the service reps are great! If there is a problem beyond the one I came in for service, they talk to me in a manner in which I understand (and I'm not technically inclined with cars). They will not recommend something be done just to drive the price up. This time, we're watching the oil plug leak; they explained the cost, they successfully tried a temporary solution & it worked. THANK YOU FOR YOU HONESTY! more
