Reliable, fast and friendly 9/13/2016

Had some issues with my thermostat and when the tech came out he noticed that the previous owner didn't have the AC unit wired properly so he fixed it to be the right way so we wouldn't be blowing fuses anymore. Very friendly and personable. more

Service call 9/13/2016

This is the first time I've had service from this company since they took over wire electric. I found the technician to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The job that needed done was just replacing some switches. I did get an estimate to put up 2 light fixtures also. Did not have those done the price was ridiculous, I had my own fixtures as well as switches that I already purchased. $49 for a service call or " technician fee" as they say. I thought this should have been given back as a credit once work was performed. $191 for just a 3 panel switch including the service call. But $491 for that plus 2 existing fixtures can you say price gouging. more

CoolControl Installation 9/8/2016

Your technician installed our CoolControl wireless thermostat. Everything went well. He was done in no time and explained the workings of the new thermostat. Would definitely recommend them. He told me they were getting into plumbing, heating and cooling which is good to know!! more

Overcharging 9/7/2016

Had tech come out and wanted to charge me 4300 hundred dollars to repair fuse box thought that was way to high had another electrician come out and only charged me 1600..saved me over 2000 dollars I do not recommend these guys at all RESPONSE FROM Jameson & Wire Electric Heating & Air: We appreciate the review of our company. We have been in business for over 40 years and we provide a high level of customer service. I believe you even wanted us out on saturday with our 24/7 emergency service we offer. We understand we are not the least expensive in town but we have great employees and provide great customer service and these factors cause us to have a greater cost. I am not sure who did the work but hopefully they were licensed, trained and well insured. Thanks again for the review. more

My split duct system has worked fantastic since the install last year. I needed some cleaning on 2 until and Jameson sent Bill over, he was on time, did a terrific job, and he took the time to explain things. more

Nice to have hot water again... 9/6/2016

My hot water heater stopped working on a holiday weekend. They came at the top of the list on my Google search. I called them late on a Friday afternoon and asked if someone could come by the next morning. They put me on hold while calling the service tech, and came right back with "We'll have someone there at 9:00 AM tomorrow!" I was impressed, even more so after the tech actually showed up. He didn't have the part I needed (a sensor to detect the burner was on) but he cleaned up my sensor and my hot water heater fired right up. It's working good now. He suggested I go on-line and order the part, as he wasn't sure how long his temporary fix would last. It's been working fine all weekend, and I ordered the new sensor once I got back to work Tuesday. They weren't cheap, but did come on a holiday weekend, and got the thing going, which made my wife extremely happy. You know what they say......Happy wife, happy life.. more

Installation Of New Electrical Service For Utility Shed Was A Smooth Operation. Each Employee Was Well Versed In His Area Of Expertise And Made A Difficult Job Appear To Be Easy. I'm Very Happy With The Results. I Do Not Mind Spending Good Money When The Product Is High Quality. This Kind Of Professionalism And Quality Workmanship Is Rapidly Disappearing In Many Areas Of Today's Contracting Services. Thanks For Your Services. more

I was so pleased with the work done at my home. I have an old house and was very nervous about the electric problem I was having. Hayden, from Jameson, was so professional and patient in figuring out the problem and did an excellent job repairing and restoring power. Everyone was so helpful. more

It was a great relief to have my awful wiring project done by such a friendly a experienced person. Chris was right on task and done with little effort while I watched in envy of his skill. Not easy for me to give up a project, but his expertise put me at ease. more
