This is the first time I've had service from this company since they took over wire electric. I found the technician to be very knowledgeable and friendly. The job that needed done was just replacing some switches. I did get an estimate to put up 2 light fixtures also. Did not have those done the price was ridiculous, I had my own fixtures as well as switches that I already purchased. $49 for a service call or " technician fee" as they say. I thought this should have been given back as a credit once work was performed. $191 for just a 3 panel switch including the service call. But $491 for that plus 2 existing fixtures can you say price gouging.
