No power in fuse box 3/12/2017

Repair person came after short wait. Went thru diagnostics of panel. Determined I had switches wrong on board that controls the generator I had on the system right before he came for power failure. Came quick and didn't charge much more

pricing was substantially higher than other service providers 2/16/2017

I called Jameson based on past experiences. The two electricians were here less than 30 minutes and charged over $200.00 plus the $50.00 dispatch fee. My wife was not happy and contacted two other services providers who stated there charge was less than half. more

This is the 3rd time I had an experience with the Jameson Company. We have always been very pleased with the people that we had contact with. The office people that my wife talked with were very polite and helpful and everything you would want and expect them to be. Bob B. the Service Pro was very efficient, polite and took the time to explain what he did, what he recommend for me to do concerning my furnace. Would not recommend 2/2/2017

Moved into home in July. Former owner recommended winterizer kit for generator and to use Jameson. Scheduled install. Technician showed up and put on extremely hard sell for tune up and battery. Prices seemed higher than I remembered from generator service at previous home ($320 for battery). Tech was clearly annoyed that additional service was not purchased. Called service provider used at previous home. Had battery installed for $180. While tech was installing battery he unplugged the winterizer heaters as the unit apparently shorted, was non-functional and was a safety hazard at this point. Really no redeeming quality to this transaction with Jameson. more
