Great Response 4/22/2016

Had an electrical issue that National Grid insisted was our problem. Called Jameson on a Friday Evening and got a response and service call within an hour or so. The tech that responded diagnosed the problem immediately back to National Grid. NG refused to return to the site. The next day I called NG again and they responded and fixed their problem on their pole. I actually received a follow up call from the tech at Jameson to make sure the problem was resolved. more

Hot water tank and smoke detector replacements. 4/11/2016

I was very satisfied with my experience getting my hot water tank replaced. Bo, who gave me estimates was very personable. The two men, Bob and $@!#% did a good job and finished quicker than I envisioned. They also put in smoke detectors for me. The ladies I spoke to on the phone were also very nice to me. PROMPT & EXCELLENT SERVICE. 3/23/2016

I CALLED FOR SERVICE LAST FRIDAY EVENING BECAUSE MY FURNACE WAS NOT WORKING. THE ANSWERING SERVICE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. AFTER I HUNG UP WITH THE ANSWERING SERVICE, I RECEIVED A VERY PROMPT CALL FROM JAMESON TO TELL ME THAT SERVICE MAN WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE WITHIN AN HOUR. HE CERTAINLY WAS! HE WAS VERY POLITE, CHECKED THE FURNACE OVER COMPLETELY, AND ALTHOUGH HE COULD FIND NOTHING WRONG, THE FURNACE HAS FUNCTIONED PROPERLY SINCE THE SERVICE CALL. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED AND WOULD CERTAINLY RECOMMEND JAMESON. more

The technicians were prompt and courteous. I really like the fact that I received notification prior to their arrival . The work that needed to be done was explained to me before they started the jobs. The work was well done and shown to me after they were finished. There was also a follow-up call when they left. I would recommend them to friends and family. more
