Air conditioning 6/23/2016

Fast,curteous and knew immediately what problem was.Resolved quickly and not as expensive as I was anticipating.I would always call for furnace or air conditioning problems and have told all my friends and colleagues about your company! !!! more

Great customer service from all 6/21/2016

I:m a repeat customer for good reason; these guys are professional, courteous and prompt from the first phonecall to the end of the service visit. Special Kudos to Ken, Jeff and Bill for their help in solving my emergency electrical problem. I only had electricity in half the house; Ken was able to send Jeff and Bill out. After thoroughly troubleshooting the problem, they isolated the reason I didn't have power. I appreciate their work ethic and respectfulness; I'm not talked down to and I never feel that they overcharge for their service. Thanks Jameson & Wire Electric Heating and Air! more

I met the Jameson team at the Buffalo home show. You guys have the Best Popcorn around!! But that's not the only reason I gave you my business. Everyone on your team is friendly, professional and I felt that the company stands by their word. Although I was given suggestions on things I can do to my current A/C unit, and they weren't cheap, but I trust the advice and if I can get the funds together, I will call Jameson to do the work. One we realized our lighting problem was the light itself, and that we had no way to get a store, our serviceman went to Home Depot and picked out two choices for us. He even thought about the style that worked with our decor! He was just great to work with:) more

Would definitly use again 5/25/2016

Jessy and his co worker were great. They really knoe their stuff and would not give up on trouble shooting my situation of why I had no power in one room and power on one side in another room. When he told me where the problem was I was skeptical at first until he actually showed me. He was right on point. I couldn't believe it. I would definitely use them again. more

Wonderful Service! 5/25/2016

Jameson Electric did a wonderful job diagnosing my furnace's hearing problem, fully explaining all my options, and ultimately installing a new furnace--on Christmas Eve! Everyone was friendly and helpful and left my basement neater than how they found it. I HIGHLY recommend this company! more
