It's better to concentrate on what the issue is not add in other factors. I'm sure their are some whom have had a good experience, etc. So I do don't want to take anything away from this company but to expensive quote for something simple. I wish them well tho. more

I had a problem with one of my baseboard registers not heating. Two technicians came, they were courteous and friendly, no problem there. My problem is with the pricing. I was charged $298.00 plus tax to bleed and fill the system. This required a screwdriver and a garden hose. No parts, replacement or other wise. The job was finished in under an hour. So basically the only charge was for labor and I doubt the technicians were getting $200 an hour. This job was ridiculously overpriced. Had I known what this job entailed I would never had agreed to it. more

My furnace died during the coldest days of the winter thus far, and the Jameson staff was there to answer my emergency call, dispatch diagnosticians within hours and ultimately install a new furnace for us within 2 days! Everyone that provided the services were professional, courteous and genuine. I have pretty high expectations for customer service and compared to many other companies I have dealt with, Jameson is definitely at the top!!!! more

My old generator caused some major problems during a recent power outage. Called Jameson and Jesse was here that afternoon. He checked everything inside & out & did a quick tune up. Found the problem but said he wanted to verify before he ordered any parts that may not be necessary. Jameson's "Generator Guy" Chris, was out a few days later. We went over every detail together and the generator was just worn out. Replacing old parts would have been costly. Did some research myself and I would have been spending good money after bad on a 10-12 year old generator. Decided to have it replaced with a new unit. Talked to Chris and he said they could be out in 48 hours. Agreed. The team was here on time. Now Jameson is not the least expensive company here but their, knowledge, service, installation & work are worth every dollar. Jim, Chris, Jason and the guys removed the entire old unit including gas lines, improved everything all to code & kept me informed of every step. Installation was done & I couldn't tell anything was even done inside after 7-8 hours of work. Cleaned up everything, hauled away every piece of the old unit and spent all the time necessary explaining the new, larger unit, electric panel, etc. in detail with me. Told me to feel free to call anytime and left their cards. The new larger generator is a beast compared to my old one. Glad I took their advice. Electrical Inspector was out afterwards, checked and all is good. I got what I paid for and more. May be a bit more expensive but excellent work, service and peace of mind that all is right makes me well satisfied. Thanks guys (& Sharon). more
