The noise has stopped when the burners ignite, however there does not seem to be as much heat. I just opened the boiler a few minutes ago and noticed that only 1 of the burners was lit. While I was on the phone with your answering service the other 2 burners did ignite. 12/14/2016 6:05pm more

Jameson provides great service. The two workers who came to "tune up" my generator were friendly and knowledgeable. The representative on the phone was clear and helpful. My only complaint involves the price. I can't quote other company's prices because I don't know what they would charge for similar service. But I wish it were less expensive to maintain my generator. more

Very good service 12/6/2016

Bob forgot to put the front cover on the boiler. When my husband came home and went downstairs to check he came up and told me that the guy never put the front on the boiler so my husband did. (I never went down stairs to check after he left) The only other item the cost of the repair. (I realize Bob has no control over this) The cost of the service call was appropriate, $49.00 + tax. But the cost of the repair was unbelievable. My husband knew what was wrong by researching the codes so he also researched the part needed which was $65. We figured that labor may be about $100 - $150 / hour, and guessed it was about a 2 hr job. When we received the estimate for the job to replace the part and bleed the lines (hot water heat) the estimate was $865. WAY too expensive. We were prepared to pay 300 - 400$ but no way $865. My mechanic husband will do the repair. Outside of the price for the repair I am pretty happy with Jamison. more

I am very satisfied with the overall job the guys at Jameson did. Very professional and courteous from scheduling to install . Ken Davis really took the time to work out some kinks with boiler installation and there are currently no issues. Will recommend to anyone. more

Very poor communication. 11/29/2016

I was told on the phone a charge of $49 would be made for the tech to come to the house. I agreed, when the repair was made the bill was over $267. A charge of $199 was charged to diagnose the problem. The techs were hear for less than 10 minutes, and no parts were needed to repair the unit. I will never use Jameson again nor will I recommend them to anyone, in fact I will do just the opposite. more

I called Jameson on a Monday to check out my boiler, on Tuesday Bob and Brian arrived and repaired my boiler, on Saturday I had to call again, as their was a problem with the boiler. Bob came over within 2hrs after I called, fixed the problem and the boiler has been working like new ever since. Very satisfied with the service and repairs made. more
