Garage Heating 2/15/2021

J.A. Bertsch team members are great from office staff, salesman to technicians on job site. Tech’s arrived on time, completed job in a very timely manner, kept me informed of project, did a wonderful installation job, neat good looking, professionally and clean up after and even took their trash away. Show me how to operate equipment with do and don’t. Great company to do business with. Thank you more

Furnace service 1/26/2021

John Bertsch performed maintenance service on our furnace this morning and I found that he was very thorough and he explained what he was doing and why as he worked through the service. John was very pleasant and friendly and I would recommend him and his company to others. Gene Mann more

John Bertsch 1/17/2021

John was amazing and fixed our thermostat and furnace problems in less than an hour. He arrived on time, got to the root of the problem and fixed everything for a very reasonable price. This was a Saturday call and John arrived an hour after we spoke. I especially appreciated the time in explaining how everything worked and what caused our issue. John is great and we will always use john and JA Bertsch in the future. more

Great but not so Great. 1/3/2021

They are some of the best people i have talked to or met and would get more than the 3 stars otherwise. In the last visit to check my heating system for the year, which i pay for, Tim looked at one of my vents and noticed that wasn't sealed all the way and i am heating the underside of my home. Now its nice that he found the problem but instead of going in and fixing the problem, he says "when one of us comes out in the spring we will get in there and fix it." and im thinking so i get a raised heat bill for the entire winter when it could be fixed now. I mean i do have a maintinence agreement with them. so far no call back on it either. more

Tim's installation of air cleaning system and humidifier 12/21/2020

Tim arrived right on time and installed the electronic air cleaning system and also a humidifier. He explained its operation and answered all of our questions. All in all, we are pleased. Tim was polite and was masked the whole time he was here and we are greatful. more

Outstanding service, friendly and knowledgeable employees . . . 10/17/2020

John W was our service tech. He did an incredible job. He is very knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning systems and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things I wasn't aware of in terms of how my system operates. I really appreciated the level of service he provided and will request him whenever I need my system maintained or repaired. I will also recommend JA Bertsch to all of my friends and family. more

Communication 10/1/2020

Technician was great, did a fine job. Our minor issue is our appointment was from 12 - 2pm. We had gone into town to run some errands, about 1020 we got a call the the tech was running early, would be to our place at 1100, 1 hour early. So we stopped what we were doing and rushed home arriving about 1050. The tech showed at 1145 and had no knowledge of the 1100 conversation. With that extra time we could have easily finished our shopping and avoided another trip into town. more
