Review content:
Technician was great, did a fine job. Our minor issue is our appointment was from 12 - 2pm. We had gone into town to run some errands, about 1020 we got a call the the tech was running early, would be to our place at 1100, 1 hour early. So we stopped what we were doing and rushed home arriving about 1050. The tech showed at 1145 and had no knowledge of the 1100 conversation. With that extra time we could have easily finished our shopping and avoided another trip into town.
