Excellent Furnace Service/ JA Bertsch 9/30/2017

We were very impressed, with the Service call for our oil furnace, by John. He was friendly, did an excellent job and thoroughly explained everything he was doing, in an easy to understand manner. We plan on using the company again, when needed, and plan to ask for John to attend to our needs. Kudos also to the Office staff/Very friendly. more

Estimate on a furnace problem 9/23/2017

We had called Bertsch heating to give us a second opinion regarding a problem we were having with our furnace. Blaine arrived at the time we were expecting him and was quickly able to provide us with an estimate for our repair. I would have no hesitation calling and requesting his assistance again. more

Semi-Annual Check up 9/10/2017

Keith was and has always been a great service provider. J A Bertsch has been a company we can count on to "be there" for us at anytime of the year/day/time. We have had to call them in an emergency and they came right out and fixed our issue. Their semi-annual check up have given us the confidence either going into the Winter or Summer our heating/cooling needs are met and we are ready for whatever the seasons have in store for us. They are a great company. We love them. more

we have been with JAB for years and they have usually supplied good service, especially since Blaine came on. Prior to that we had some questionable technicians. Jeff just did a very good job finding and repairing a leak in the AC that was missed three weeks prior by a JAB technician at a significant cost. The office staff have always been great. Jeff Goodey, Senior Service Technician 8/9/2017

Jeff arrived exactly on time, was very professional and helpful. He performed an inspection of the air conditioning unit and furnace and made recommendations for improving how it functions. Jeff then carefully cleaned the coils on the condenser, replaced the electrostatic air cleaner filter, and replaced the starter that was "struggling". He also helped me reset the thermostat...WHAT GREAT SERVICE! more

My service tech John was great to deal with. He was informative and gave me some good advice for the care of my system. He was also good at explaining things to me that he was repairing and explaining my options and pricing for the repair. John also made an adjustment on my thermostat to make the system more efficient for heating. Thank you John for making my house cool again!! I recommend John and JA Bertsch for heating and cooling needs! more
