New air filter system install. 5/15/2020

Today my new air filter system was installed by J. A. Bertsch Heating & Cooling, I'm looking forward to the benefits of it assisting me with persistent allergies. Their employee, John, was well experienced and explained in detail the equipment and minor maintenance on my part. While he was here, he checked out my AC. Noticing how loud it ran, he replaced a part at no cost to me, and the problem was instantly fixed. I'm very impressed, and highly recommend this company. more

Scheduled Service 5/13/2020

As always, service provided was way above par, timely and done efficiently with great explanation of the service performed. John is a great face to represent the Bertsch family. He even put me in contact with Rolland Reed, who went over the types of equipment you install and you'll be installing this Friday. Looking forward to continued representation at the same excellent level as always. Thank you. more

Larry's Review 5/6/2020

Larry did a great job today. We had issues whether the gas was feeding our new stove; and with the gas line itself not recessing enough to push the stove back again the wall. Larry determined the gas was OK and through a lot of creative working the pipe, the fitting, and us cutting into the wall we got everything set. He did a great job; very professional and I could tell he is well versed in his trade. more

Jeff, Burk and Office T - Installation of New Furnace and Water Heater 3/15/2020

Great job with new furnace 3/3/2020

The entire team from JA Bertsch did a superb job in detecting problem and installing new furnace. They were prompt, courteous, and competent. They cleaned up after the install and made sure I was happy with work. Thanks to Eric for detecting the problem, Blaine for helping select the right furnace, Burk/Jeff for the install, and John for fixing a minor issue. Great job all around! more

Would recommend 3/2/2020

We hadn't used J A Bertsch prior to this year, but have now that we have, would always use again. Very professional and friendly. We had our thermostat die at 4:45pm on a Friday evening where temps were projected to be in the 20s. They sent a technician right over and we were up and running again. more

Duct and dryer vent cleaning 2/6/2020

Logan was very thorough doing this; very nice; and had some 'helpful hints' concerning a few things. And taking advantage of the Bertsch sale prices definitely helped. I would cerrtainly have them come back again. more
