Thank you for your technician - five stars 8/12/2020

This equipment has not worked since it was put in last April. I have had dust and particles floating in the air. Stephen found the filter and unit were not working and worked on the unit until he fixed it. He gets an A+ in my mind. He was also courteous and explained his work. Keith Van Horn was our service pro and appropriately named.. Keith was very professional and explained things fully. He is very friendly and a dog person to boot. He made good recommendations and will be welcomed back for the Fall service on the furnace. The AC is working much better.. Thank you so much more

We are very pleased with the quality of staff, technicians, and installers. They arrived on time, very pleasant and informational, After the air conditioner was installed, they made sure everything was working properly. The unit looked great after install!! AC Tune up and motor circuit upgrade 7/7/2020

(I am unable to determine the * rating from this judysbook.com site. I would rate this service as 4-5 *s) The appointment was convenient, follow-up reminder was helpful and accurate. Technician was on-time, knowledgeable about my Air Conditioning, furnace and Hot Water Heater. He explained the symptoms he was seeing in our 16 year old system. He recommended an auxiliary circuit to prolong our unit. He completed that upgrade at the time of service. In addition, he provided valuable advice on operating our system as well as cost estimates for duct cleaning and HW heater replacement. He was friendly, courteous and respectful (wore a mask and shoe coverings inside). I’d be happy to have him back. My suggestion to JA Bertsch is that you provide the highest quality replacement filters. Mr Van Horn explained the use of lower MER filters, but I would still recommend higher quality. I will recommend Bertsch and plan to use them for future system replacments. more

Furnace and AC inspection 6/26/2020

Had a new heating/cooling system installed a year ago. They said they would do a complimentary inspection of the install in a years time. They called one year later to schedule the inspection. Keith van Horn arrived on time. He inspected the system and even cleaned the water heater. He explained a few things to me that needed attention. All in all a very good company to do business with. more
